The hotel staff are welcoming and friendly.

During our stay, the internet service was extremely poor, making it very difficult to stay connected. We also found the breakfast options to be extremely limited, eating the same fried eggs each day. the two-bedroom suite we were given felt more like a basement unit with no natural light, which made our stay less enjoyable than we had hoped.

Perfect stay for a couple!

We loved the pool vibe. it was super calm and clean. The bar area was a hit for evening drinks too! Staff were helpful, but the beach was a trek from here. Ideal for chill time but maybe not if you want to be right on the sand. All in all, a fab experience!

mozaik hotel was just amazin! we had a two-bedroom suite that was super spacious with a big living area and a nice terrace. the staff were really friendly and helpful, always went the extra mile for us. the pool area was lovely and clean, felt like we had our little paradise! breakfast had a good variety and the food overall was really nice. shoutout to the awesome staff, they made our stay special!

the wi-fi was a bit spotty in some areas, and it could get a little noisy in the evenings. but overall, still a fab time!

The swim-up rooms were just wicked, made brekkie even better! The pool area felt like total paradise, and the staff were super friendly and helpful, always had a smile on their faces. Lovely touch with the welcome hamper on arrival, such a lekker surprise!

the pool area was lovely, but don’t expect fresh towels unless you ask at reception, ridiculous for a hotel! surprised the staff forgot my order and even more shocked by the lack of care for allergy requests. i almost gave a good review, but special guests deserve special treatment, don’t they?

Had such a fun time! The pool was super refreshing and we loved relaxing on the sun terrace while sipping drinks. Just a heads-up, the Wi-Fi could be a bit slow at times, but it didn't ruin our stay. 😊

So, I had a lovely time at Mozaik. The apartment was spacious and came with a kitchenette, complete with a welcome basket loaded with drinks and snacks. The layout made it easy for my family and me to relax comfortably. We loved the pool area. it was crystal clear and had plenty of loungers. Breakfast included a decent variety, though we ended up having fried eggs repeatedly, which got a bit boring after a few days. I appreciated the dedicated staff who were attentive and keen to help us, especially when we needed advice on places to explore in the area. There were a couple of downsides, though. The Wi-Fi was pretty spotty, especially on the ground floor, which made planning our next day tricky. the air conditioning in our room had a few hiccups. it leaked once, causing some inconvenience. the stay was enjoyable, but those little issues need some attention.

Unfortunately, the menu options were quite limited, making meals feel repetitive—after four days, I was still just having fried eggs for breakfast. The Wi-Fi situation was tricky. if you're on the ground floor, prepare for weak signals and limited connectivity, definitely not what you need while trying to plan your next move. the apartment we got felt more like a basement unit, right below the pool area, which affected the light and overall comfort of our stay.
